NANO BROW FAQ

What are Nano Brows?

Nano Brows are a form of semi-permanent makeup that use an ultra-fine single needle and a digital machine to implant pigment into the skin, creating realistic, hair-like strokes. This technique is gentler than microblading and ideal for all skin types, including oily or sensitive skin.

How do Nano Brows compare to Microblading?

Tool:

  1. Microblading = handheld blade;
  2. Nano = digital machine + fine needle.

Skin Suitability:

  1. Microblading cannot be used on all types of skin.
  2. Nano brows are safe for all types of skin.

Longevity:

  1. Microblading lasts 1-2 years
  2. Nano brows last 2–3 years or longer

Healing:

  1. Nano brows heal faster as there is less trauma to the skin.
How long do they last?

Typically 2–3 years, with a color boost recommended every 12–18 months to maintain definition.

  2. mapping: designing brow shape

Is it painful?

Most clients report little to no pain — often compared to a scratching or tingling sensation.

  2. Days 4–7: Some flaking or scabbing may occur.
